In today’s market, you can watch a 15-second Reel of an agent dancing, then scroll one more thumb and see a headline about commission lawsuits, “new rules,” and how real estate is changing forever. Welcome to 2026: equal parts high-stakes and high-performance.
And honestly? I’m not mad about the performance part. Yes, sometimes you’ll see me having fun on Instagram because it’s human, and marketing is part of this job. We are, at the end of the day, professional marketers of homes, of neighborhoods, and of trust.
But here’s what I won’t do: I’ll never trade substance for clicks. A Reel might be how someone finds me, but it’s not what protects my clients. What protects my clients is the unsexy work: pricing strategy that matches reality (not wishful thinking), strong prep and positioning, honest conversations, multiple offer strategies, and steady negotiations when emotions are running hot.
It’s answering the phone, reading the fine print, solving problems fast, and keeping deals together when they wobble.
I still believe the best professionals win the same way they always have: integrity, heart, intelligence, and creativity, plus strategy when it matters and calm when it gets tense.
I’m not a style icon or a reality TV star. I’m a real estate nerd who genuinely loves marketing, my clients, my city, and yes, my own business. And I’m going to keep showing up wherever I need to online, in the field, and at the negotiation table to get deals done, no matter what anyone thinks.
Thanks for being here, trusting me, and supporting me on instagram.
